The mission of The Center for Wellbeing-Centro Bienestar is to provide funding for high quality,
culturally competent mental health treatment for the uninsured and underinsured and for services
and/or treatment of the underlying causes at the root of a person’s emotional disturbance.
We have been funded in part by The Goodnow Fund in training our therapists in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR Therapy) for the treatment of trauma and PTSD, and a gift from the Fairfield County's Community Foundation (FCCF) Fund for Women and Girls.
